CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE REQUIRED

Due to company expansion SRACT are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Ensuring a positive experience to all valued customers.
Answering telephone, taking enquiries and making bookings.
Answering emails and online bookings.
Providing customer service with all bookings, explaining all options and terms and conditions.
Ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
Completing damage reports for vehicles going outand returning.
Report to manager.
Applicant will need:
Exceptional communication skills
Self motivated
Willing to work as part of a team
Robust customer service sales background
Ability to multi-task and be highly organised with strong attention to detail
Experience in dealing with customer issues and conflict resolution
Ability to learn our software
Ability to use a computer
Automotive experience and advantage
Valid Australian Driving Licence
