This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Property Manager to take on a key role within a property investment and development company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio and ensuring optimal operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring compliance with lease agreements and legislation
Oversee day-to-day property operations, including maintenance, tenant relations, and financial management
Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure high standards of tenant satisfaction
Liaise with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and tenants, to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
Skills and Experience Required:




Proven experience in commercial property management, with a focus on senior-level responsibilities
Strong understanding of property legislation and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage relationships effectively
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in property management software (Cirrus8 experience is highly desirable)
Part time - 3 days/week
