The Opportunity
As part of our continued growth in Queensland, we're looking for an experiencedRecruitment Consultantto join our Brisbane Corporate Services team and take ownership of ourExecutive & Business Support desk.
You'll have the opportunity to build and grow the desk without starting from scratch, with access to our existing client network, national accounts and relationships across the wider Core Talent business.
You'll have the autonomy to develop your market, backed by an experienced team and the resources of a national recruitment agency.
The Role
Taking ownership of the Executive & Business Support desk, your key responsibilities will include:
Building and developing client relationships




Leveraging opportunities across our existing client network
Developing new business within your market
Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates
Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
Building robust candidate networks and talent pipelines
Developing your market knowledge and presence
Collaborating with the wider Corporate Services team and Core Talent business
About You
Previous experience in agency recruitment
Corporate Services or Business Support recruitment experience is advantageous, but not essential
Confident building relationships with both clients and candidates
Comfortable developing new business and creating opportunities
Proactive and able to take ownership of your desk
Able to work autonomously while collaborating with the wider team
Motivated to build a robust network and presence within your market
