ENAP is expanding our Maintenance Team to support ongoing maintenance, shutdown and upgrade work across established industrial sites in SEQ. Robust workload, consistent overtime and a stable roster mean steady take-home pay, not just a steady job. What You'll Be Doing
Preventative mechanical maintenance across plant and equipment
Breakdown response and fault-finding in live production environments
Mechanical repairs, component change-outs and equipment alignment
Shutdown works, plant upgrades and installation support
Hands-on work with conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, motors and bearings
Isolations, disassembly, inspection and reassembly of mechanical systems
Working alongside qualified tradespeople on live sites
What You'll Bring
Cert III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade (Fitting), or equivalent
Solid mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial setting
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
Experience with rotating equipment,



conveyors and plant maintenance
White Card (essential)
Forklift, EWP or Working at Heights tickets (advantageous)
Dogging/Rigging tickets (highly regarded)
A safety-first mindset and pride in quality workmanship
