We're looking for a
hands-on Solution Specialist
who can join our client working directly with customers to unpack real business problems and shape practical, modern solutions using Microsoft technologies.
You'll sit at the intersection of
customer engagement, solution design, and delivery
, with a strong focus on
data and cloud platforms
.
What You'll Be Doing
Customer Engagement & Problem Solving (Core Focus)
Work directly with customers to understand what's really driving their challenges
Lead discovery conversations and translate business problems into technical approaches
Shape solution designs across Azure and modern data platforms
Communicate ideas clearly — no jargon, just impact
Contribute to proposals and solution approaches
Present ideas and architectures in a way customers understand
Support early-stage conversations without needing to "hard sell"
Delivery Alignment
Stay close to delivery teams to ensure solutions are practical and achievable
Provide technical input across key projects




Occasionally contribute hands-on where needed
What We're Looking For
Strong experience across
Microsoft Azure
Background in
data platforms, analytics, or data engineering
Experience in
solution design, consulting, or technical delivery roles
Ability to
lead customer conversations and uncover real problems
Strong communication skills — able to simplify complex ideas
Must Have
Experience with modern data stacks (e.g. Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric)
Exposure to AI or advanced analytics use cases
Microsoft certifications or partner environment experience
