are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor or Managerto take on this critical position on our staff on a full-time basis, working within the fit-out andrefurbishmentindustry.
Duties & responsibilities:
Oversee and manage tradespeople and subcontractors on worksites
Coordination of all site logistics, material delivery, and resource allocation
Implementation and continuous adherence to OH&S; policies and processes
Ensure works are carried out in accordance to set plans and specifications
Approval of subcontractor invoices
Liaise with our Project Manager to ensure budgets and time constraints are met
Long and Short term scheduling and programming
Experience & attributes:
Solid working history in Construction as a Foreman or Site Manager
Prior experience with a reputable mid-tier organisation is advantageous
Commercial or Aged Care projects experience is highly regarded




Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Clear and effective interpersonal and delegation skills
Keen understanding of quality control measures
Strong and motivated work ethic with honesty & integrity
Trade background is advantageous
