Pan Pacific Hotels Group, owner of PARKROYAL Parramatta, seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the Bar30 & Bistro team and deliver exceptional guest service in a quick-paced hotel setting. Reporting to the F&B; Manager, you will create bar menus, coach staff, manage rosters and stock, drive promotions, and uphold RSA and HACCP standards while collaborating with Kitchen and wider F&B; colleagues.
