UpGuard is seeking a senior GTM Engineer to lead automation and AI initiatives across the GTM organization. You will head a small team, shape the automation roadmap, and decide what to build versus buy, working across the funnel with customer success to improve efficiency and outcomes.
The role requires 5+ years in GTM, Rev Ops, or software engineering with solid leadership, fluency in LLM-based systems, and hands-on experience building scalable automations (e.g., with n8n).
