About the role
Join our team located in Belmont, in a professional B2B inside sales environment, supporting customers across various industries. If you love helping customers, enjoy working at pace and take pride in accurate, high-quality sales support, you'll feel right at home – contributing to stronger customer experiences and healthy revenue outcomes while building a long-term career in a secure, global business.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and other channels
Communicate proactively with internal and external customers, providing updates on shipments, delays and key order information
Prepare accurate, high‐quality quotations, complete timely follow‐ups and manage the full order lifecycle
Provide reliable product, pricing, delivery and technical information
Build strong, productive relationships across AFL's customer base
Maintain accurate customer and order data and support administrative tasks
Develop and maintain strong product knowledge through ongoing learning
Support project bid processes as required
About You
You take pride in delivering great service, enjoy supporting customers and sales teams, and feel confident working with detail, data and fastmoving priorities. You're organised, proactive and comfortable communicating with different stakeholders, and you're looking for a role where your accuracy,
professionalism and relationship building skills genuinely make an impact and where your potential drives your career growth.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
2-3 years' experience in customer service, inside sales or a similar role
Experience working in a technical product environment is highly preferred
Strong numerical attention to detail and comfort working with pricing and data
Clear, professional communication skills across phone and email
Ability to interpret and work with technical and commercial information
Strong organisation and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment
Confidence working both independently and within a collaborative team
Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle or similar) and MS Office
A calm, empathetic approach when managing challenges or escalations
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
