Requirements
AQF Associate Degree, AdvancedDiploma or Diploma
At least three years ofrelevant experienceand/or relevant vendor certification
Experience in telephone-basedIT Support/operations
Relevant Industrycertifications would be highly regarded
Ability to resolve issues asthey arise and provide effective solutions
