Penfold Motor Group is seeking a hands-on Workshop Controller to lead a team of technicians in our MG, Hyundai, Suzuki and Isuzu UTE workshop.
You will oversee day-to-day operations, allocate work, provide guidance on complex diagnostics and drive high-quality workmanship.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will mentor technicians, ensure safety and compliance, and strive for excellent customer outcomes through productive processes and strong communication with Service Advisors.
