Job Description
Join Anglicare WA's Student Wellbeing Service where you will engage with students through a wide range of school-based activities, provide support for students to connect with professional staff within the school, outreach to disengaged students and their families, support young people to access and connect with community-based services, and facilitate school wellbeing workshops or programs.
This is a max-term, part-time prospect (2 days per week - 15 hours) until January ****, based at Williams Primary School.

What you will bring
You will bring energy, enthusiasm and a desire to have impact.
You will have:
Cert IV in Youth Work, other relevant Cert IV or tertiary qualification that permits registration as a counsellor, teacher, social worker, psychologist, nurse or midwife.
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic school setting
Have contemporary knowledge of the issues impacting children and young people
Ability to accept, respect and work with children and young people:
from a broad range of backgrounds and abilities
from different cultures, particularly with Aboriginal & CaLD young people
who may identify as LGBTQIA+
from all belief systems
Employed under Anglicare WA's Employee Collective Agreement
Contract length – to 29 January ****
Work only during school terms
From $*****+ 12% super + annual leave and personal leave (accrued based on hours worked)
Pay for hours worked (+ accrued annual leave) is spread across the entire term of employment contract, ensuring a pay every fortnight
Additional remuneration for induction training and required professional development
