Description
Develop and implement strategic plans for business applications to align with organisational goals.
Oversee the management and optimisation of core technology systems.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications across departments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address business requirements.
Ensure data security, compliance, and system integrity across all platforms.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to achieve the best outcomes.




Monitor and report on the performance of business applications, implementing improvements as required.
Profile
A successful Business Applications GM should have:
A strong background in technology, particularly within the property industry would be highly desirable.
Proven experience in managing and optimising business applications.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
Knowledge of data security and compliance standards.
Exceptional communication and global stakeholder management skills.
Experience of ERP applications in particular Oracle JD Edwards
