We're on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Retail Store Manager to lead our flagship store at Chadstone Shopping Centre, and make it the ultimate shopping destination for Korean Beauty in Australia.
About the Role
As the Retail Store Manager for Nudie Glow's Chadstone store, you'll be a leader in overseeing day-to-day retail operations, inducting, leading and developing the retail team, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

On any given day, you will:
Recruit, lead, support, and inspire your team to bring their best self to work and achieve KPIs and in-store targets.
Assist in recruiting and training new team members.
Plan and manage store rosters to ensure smooth operations.
Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
Ensure high standards and consistent customer experience
Provide ongoing training to your team on the latest brand and product knowledge.
Collaborate with the founder, operations and marketing team to align in-store strategies with campaigns.




Implement loss prevention strategies and maintain clear communication with the support team
Work with Centre Management as required and ensure safety is always front of mind
What You'll Bring to this Role
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
2+ years of experience in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role (beauty industry is a bonus!) .
Strong leadership skills with a passion for inspiring and unlocking potential in your team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven customer service abilities with a track record of strong sales results.
A passion for the retail and beauty industries, with solid product knowledge.
Expertise in inventory management and visual merchandising.
A positive attitude suited for a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
Experience delivering Loss Prevention KPIs and driving Visual Merchandising initiatives.
Strong knowledge of safety protocols, with a commitment to creating a safe working environment for the team.
