Job Description
Strong SAP HR functional expertise coveringEmployee Central, Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, andHR business processes.
Ability to engage directly with businessstakeholders, conduct workshops, gather requirements, and translate theminto SAP solutions.
Good understanding of HR integrations, datamigration, reporting, and security/role design concepts.
Experience supporting end-to-end projectlifecycle including design, testing, training, and deployment.
Robust communication skills with the ability tobridge business requirements and technical delivery teams.
SAP Payroll Consultant (ECP / Payroll)
Deep SAP Payroll functional knowledge includingpayroll configuration,



wage types, schema/rules, and payroll operations.
Ability to work directly with payroll businessteams to understand legislative, award, and operational requirements.
Experience in payroll testing, reconciliation,defect management, and production support activities.
Good understanding of payroll integrations, timemanagement, finance posting, and downstream systems.
Able to translate complex payroll businessrequirements into practical SAP payroll solutions and guide technicalteams.
Requirements
Strong SAP Finance expertise across GeneralLedger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, andFinancial Reporting.
Ability to facilitate workshops with Financestakeholders and convert business requirements into SAP design solutions.
Experience with S/4HANA Finance processes,month-end close, controls, reporting, and compliance requirements.
Good understanding of finance integrations, datamigration, testing, and reporting/analytics requirements.
Strong stakeholder management skills with theability to work across business, architecture, and technical deliveryteams.
