This role requires a commercially astute procurement professional with solid FM services knowledge, excellent stakeholder management capability, and the ability to manage multiple complex sourcing projects simultaneously.
You will be comfortable operating independently while contributing to team objectives and will play an active role in supporting bid development and account transition activities.
The Sourcing Manager is expected to bring tactical excellence and subject matter expertise to the team, supporting the delivery of high-quality outcomes while developing their capability toward more senior sourcing leadership roles.

Negotiate contract terms and pricing with suppliers to deliver favourable commercial outcomes

Identify cost savings opportunities and value improvement initiatives across the supply base

Stakeholder & Client Engagement
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders (account teams, operations, finance) and client procurement/facilities teams
Act as a trusted advisor to account teams and clients on procurement matters related to FM services
Present sourcing project outcomes, recommendations, and business cases to stakeholders with clarity and confidence
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements-gathering sessions to define sourcing scope and objectives
Manage client and vendor escalations, resolving issues with professionalism and commercial acumen
Ensure sourcing activities align with client expectations, service delivery requirements, and account objectives

Develop sourcing strategies and value propositions for new business opportunities
Contribute to transition planning for newly won accounts,
including supplier assessment, contract novation/transfer, and quick-win identification

Analysis, Reporting & Compliance
Prepare procurement reports covering activity progress, savings delivery, supplier performance, and risk management
Maintain accurate records of sourcing activity, supplier agreements, and procurement decisions

Ensure compliance with JLL and client procurement policies, standards, and governance requirements
