Monday to Friday *********.

As a Personal Care Worker, you are helping care for our independent residents by adding value to their daily routines.
Enable our residents to live life to the fullest through the provision of:
Personal care
Companionship
Shopping
Occasional ad hoc duties
No two days are the same as your schedule will involve visiting multiple Ryman independent apartment residents throughout the week within our beautiful villages!
About you
As Ryman expand our care offerings, we are looking for individuals who value kindness, care, and excellence to deliver care that is good enough for mum and dad.
In addition we are looking for:
Certificate III/IV in Ageing support or Certificate III in Individual Support
Previous experience working with elderly / in a client centric role
Kindness in your DNA.
You must be empathetic
Be resilient - some days are challenging
Outstanding communication skills.
You must be able to establish robust connections and trust with our residents
A reliable, friendly, and professional style
