About The Role
Golf Clearance Outlet is looking for a full time Retail Sales Specialist to join our team in Cannon Hill.
This is a customer-facing, sales-focused role where you'll work directly with customers to help them find the right gear — from beginner setups through to premium equipment — while contributing to the overall performance of the store.
We're looking for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, takes initiative on the shop floor, and wants to be part of a team that drives strong in-store results.
What You'll Be doing
Recommending and selling golf equipment, apparel and accessories
Restocking and assisting with day-to-day store operations
Driving add-on sales, bundles and overall transaction value
Supporting in-store promotions and campaigns
Maintaining store presentation and organisation
Working towards individual sales targets
Building relationships with repeat customers
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who brings energy to the shop floor and takes ownership of their role.
Comfortable starting conversations with customers and building rapport naturally
Takes initiative — sees what needs to be done and acts without being asked
Balanced approach to sales and teamwork — understands that strong individual performance and supporting the store go hand-in-hand
Positive attitude and willingness to contribute across all aspects of the store
Confident communicator who can adapt to different types of customers
Interest in golf or willingness to learn quickly
What We Offer
Competitive base salary with a clear commission structure
Realistic on-target earnings between $60k-75k.
