We're looking for a Finance Broker who wants to do more than just write deals. This is a role for someone who is motivated, commercially sharp, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-enabled environment where your output is visible and your earnings reflect your effort.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing customer asset finance enquiries from lead to settlement across a range of lenders and products
Prospecting and developing new business relationships
Cross-selling insurance and ancillary products
Using our industry-leading youX platform to manage your pipeline, quotes, and applications
Contributing to a tight, high-performing team
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in asset finance broking
Solid understanding of broker compliance obligations
Credit analysis skills — you understand risk and how to mitigate it
Proven track record working across multiple lenders
Strong phone presence and selling skills
High-level communication skills,

Proficient with Google Suite, CRM platforms, and VOIP systems
