The Team
The Clyde & Co Melbourne office specialises in insurance and reinsurance.
The Programme
Our Clerkship programme is a 4‐week Summer or Winter Clerkship. Clerks will have exposure to different practice groups, gaining valuable experience and insights into various areas of law.
What To Expect
Real Work Experience: Observe cases, draft responses, provide advice, and conduct research.
Significant Deals: Get involved in important deals, meetings, and negotiations.
Litigation Exposure: Attend court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations to see different types of litigation first‐hand.
Insurance Law: Work alongside leading insurance lawyers to understand the complexities of insurance law.

Eligibility
Academic Standing: Applicants should be in their penultimate or final year of a law degree with strong academic performance.
Working Rights: Must have unrestricted right to work in Australia.
Availability: Able to commit to paid full‐time work for the entire 4‐week Summer or 4‐week Winter Clerkship programme.
