Job Description
We're looking for a
strong, versatile Senior Lead Developer
tobuild and enhance contemporary applications across the full technology stack.
Thisrole needs someone with deep development expertise, modern DevOps practices,and
practical cloud exposure
, rather than a dedicated cloud engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, refactor, and maintain
end‐to‐endapplications
(backend, frontend, integrations).
Collaborate with Product Owners and Agile leaderson
user stories, design, documentation,
and testing
.
Implement high‐quality, maintainable solutionsusing agreed
engineering standards and design patterns
.
Write and maintain
unit tests
; participatein and lead
code reviews
.
Contribute to
CI/CD pipelines, developertooling, and automation
.
Work with containerised and cloud‐hostedapplications; resolve technical dependencies across teams.
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
Python
for application and systems development – strongworking experience (7+ years preferred)
Docker
,
Git
Terraform
Build, packaging, and release processes
Practical exposure to
AWS
or similar cloudplatforms
CI/CD pipelines
(Azure DevOps or GitLab preferred)
Understanding of:
Cloud‐hosted architectures
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts
Nice to Have
Exposure to
AI‐assisted/agentic developertools
(e.g. Cursor, Codex, Claude Code)
