Our client is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with occupational health experience to lead our East Coast Results Management Team, supporting clients across SA, VIC, NSW, QLD, TAS and ACT.
This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a clinically experienced nurse who is passionate about quality, operational excellence, and developing people.
Reporting to the East Coast Operations Manager, this role will play a pivotal role in ensuring occupational health assessment results are clinically accurate, quality assured, and delivered within agreed service standards.

The Role
This is a permanent full time position based predominantly at our client's Sydney Clinic.
Lead and coach the Results Management Team to achieve quality, accuracy and turnaround time KPIs.
Oversee the review, quality assurance and timely delivery of pre-employment occupational health assessment results.
Coordinate doctor reviews, pathology and radiology follow-up activities, and quality control processes.
Ensure compliance with clinical governance frameworks and privacy legislation.
Develop and support team members through coaching, mentoring, performance management and regular team meetings.
Liaise with Medical Practitioners, Occupational Health Assessors and clients regarding complex clinical matters.
Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction.
Contribute to broader operational initiatives across the East Coast business.
About You
Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (Essential)
Demonstrated occupational health experience (Essential)
Full Australian working rights.
Current Australian driver's licence.
Desired Skills and Experience
Experience in medical results management, occupational health services or medical administration.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to build, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to clinical quality.
Experience with Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems.
Sound understanding of clinical governance, privacy legislation and workplace compliance requirements.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
