Our client is currently seeking an experienced couple to manage their busy community store in an Aboriginal Community in WA.
This is an excellent prospect to experience community life for a couple looking for a chance to work together in a spectacular environment.
The Roles
Store Managers
Reporting to Community Directors and Financial Controller, the Store Managers will manage & oversee all operations including:
Stock management including stock-takes, ordering, deliveries
Fuel supply and management
Counter serving & general customer service
Store administration, data & accounts management
Overseeing a small takeaway & catering kitchen
Training & managing staff
The Requirements
Previous store manager experience essential (either in community store or roadhouse)




Previous experience working in remote locations (e.g. mining town or in an outback store / roadhouse) preferred
Excellent organisational skills and punctuality
Flexible approach, positive attitude and a willingness to learn essential
The Rewards
Annual salary package is on offer including an annual travel allowance.
Rental allowance is provided.
Use of an excellent fully furnished 3 bedroom house.
Work car is included.
6 weeks annual leave.
A salary review will be conducted on successful completion of 3 month probation.
