About the role:
As our Trade Counter Sales and Warehousing Assistant, you'll play a key role in both welcoming and supporting customers at the counter and keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly. You will also be responsible for:
Customer service – Assist with enquiries by phone, email and trade counter
General sales activities – Prepare quotes and invoice accurately
Processing orders
Pick, packing, inventory maintenance
Warehouse organisation and cleanliness
What we are looking for:
Minimum 2 + years warehousing Experience
Experience within an Internal sales or customer service role
Current Driver Licence and Forklift Licence
(essential)
Comfortable working independently and within a team
Basic computer literacy for order processing
Positive attitude and solid work ethic
