We are looking for an experienced, warm and motivated Oral Health Therapist or Dental Hygienist to join our specialist orthodontic team, based primarily at our Jandakot practice with one day per week at Claremont. This is a permanent part-time role, working 3 to 4 days between Tuesday and Friday, offering meaningful clinical work with a genuine work-life balance.
What You'll Be Doing
Capturing high-quality digital diagnostic records, including photographs, intra-oral scans and radiographs
Performing hands-on clinical orthodontic procedures such as indirect bonding, archwire changes and appliance removal
Educating and empowering patients with guidance on oral hygiene, lifestyle habits and appliance care
Supporting the orthodontist chairside during specialised procedures
Creating a calm, welcoming and qualified experience for every patient, including our younger patients
Working collaboratively with our clinical and administrative team to deliver outstanding orthodontic care

We are seeking an experienced clinician who takes pride in delivering excellent care and creating positive experiences for patients of all ages, particularly children. You are confident, compassionate and detail-focused, with a genuine interest in professional growth.
Professional requirements:
Current AHPRA registration as an Oral Health Therapist or Dental Hygienist (essential — please confirm your current registration status in your application)




Ideally 5 - 10 years of clinical experience
Demonstrated experience working with children
Experience in an orthodontic setting is highly regarded but not essential — we welcome applicants from general or paediatric dental backgrounds who are keen to develop orthodontic skills
Ability to work primarily from our Jandakot clinic, with flexibility to travel to Claremont one day per week
Excellent clinical and technical skills, with strong attention to detail
A warm and confident communication style, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients of all ages
A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
