Job Description
5+years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst
, leading complex digital andintegration initiatives across enterprise programs.
Demonstrateddelivery experience on
large-scale OpenText ECM programs
—including
ContentSuite, xECM, InfoArchive
, with strong capability in
contentanalysis, migration strategy, metadata modelling, retention/records, andintegration patterns
.
Strongexposure to
Cloud and SaaS delivery models
, including understandingof
environment strategies, deployment pipelines, non-functionalrequirements (performance, security, availability, compliance)




.
Request/responsestructures and validation
Errorhandling and exception scenarios
Datamapping across upstream/downstream systems
Performance,scalability, versioning and integration best practices
Hands‐onproficiency with
Postman
and
Swagger/OpenAPI specs
forexploring, validating, and testing APIs and integration endpoints.
Strongability to
facilitate workshops, lead requirement discovery
, andtranslate business needs into explicit functional specifications, userstories, and acceptance criteria.
Excellent
