About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to manage an established portfolio of Owners Corporations while delivering exceptional client service and supporting the continued growth of the Victorian business.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Managing a portfolio of residential and mixed-use Owners Corporations
Chairing Annual General Meetings, Committee Meetings, and Special General Meetings
Building and maintaining strong relationships with committees and lot owners
Coordinating maintenance works, contractors, and compliance requirements
Managing insurance claims and building defect matters where required
Conducting site inspections across metropolitan Melbourne
Ensuring compliance with the Owners Corporations Act and relevant legislation
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Minimum 2-3 years' experience as an Owners Corporation Manager in Victoria
Strong knowledge of the Owners Corporations Act **** and associated regulations




Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
