About the Role:
Join our team in North Ward at Dandenong Hospital as a Registered Nurse in an ongoing position in a Part Time capacity (0.9 EFT).
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
As an experienced Registered Nurse with a background in acute hospital settings, your role will be crucial in providing high-quality patient-centered care.
Your ability to deliver patient-centred care with compassion and professionalism is essential.
Experience and proficiency in providing care to surgical patients is well regarded.

About Us:
North Ward is a 20-bed surgical ward specialising in Plastics Reconstructive Surgery and ENT Surgery.




We have a dedicated multidisciplinary team who work closely together to ensure that we achieve the best possible outcomes for our patients and families/carers
About You:
To ensure your success in this role you will bring the following demonstrated skills, experience and knowledge:
Surgical experience in an acute surgical setting.
Plastics / ENT experience would benefit but we have a supportive and highly skilled team to help you gain these skills.
A positives attitude and a willingness to learn and develop skills in this specialised unit
What you need
Problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work well within a team and autonomously.
Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
Proven clinical experience in an Acute Surgical Ward is highly desirable
