Eastwoods Dining is seeking an enthusiastic Restaurant Assistant Manager or Supervisor to lead the front-of-house team in a lively Queensland venue. You will support the Restaurant Manager daily, coach staff, and ensure guests receive welcoming, high-quality service in a rapid-paced setting.
You will act as Manager on Duty when needed, collaborate with the kitchen, and help optimise reservations, staffing and KPIs while upholding health and liquor standards.
