Our client is a well regarded player in the packaging industry and is looking for an experienced and highly motivated BDM to drive business growth and maintain robust client relationships.
This role will be instrumental in expanding market share by working closely with clients to deliver tailored packaging solutions that meet their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage sales activities, ensuring the achievement of sales targets across the assigned regions.
Build and maintain long‐term relationships with key clients in the packaging industry.
Actively seek new business opportunities and develop solutions to address customer needs, contributing to both short- and long-term growth.
Lead client presentations and negotiations, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate cross‐functionally with internal teams, including product development, logistics, and marketing,



to enhance service delivery.
Monitor and report on market trends, pricing, and competitor strategies to adjust sales approaches effectively.
Regularly provide detailed performance reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for strategic improvement.
About You:
Proven experience in a sales or field management role within the packaging, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets through strategic account management and business development.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building successful customer relationships.
A proactive, results-oriented attitude, with robust problem‐solving abilities.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to deliver tailored solutions that meet both client and company needs.
Ability to travel frequently to meet clients and oversee projects within your territory.
An analytical mindset with the ability to gather, interpret, and act on market and customer data.
