Are you a detail oriented payroll professional looking to take the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity for a
Payroll Officer
to join our Brisbane team at Eagle Farm.
Working within our broader People Team and reporting to the Payroll Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of payroll services across the business. You'll be joining a collaborative payroll team of four, supporting approximately
3,000 employees
across multiple payroll cycles, including fortnightly, monthly, and expatriate payrolls.
Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing
End to end payroll processing
Processing large volume fortnightly payrolls
Payroll calculations, taxation, reconciliations, and compliance activities
Responding to payroll enquiries and providing exceptional internal customer service
Maintaining payroll records and ensuring data integrity
Payroll reporting, data analysis, and identifying opportunities for process improvement
Supporting the ongoing development and optimisation of payroll systems and processes
Qualifications
About You
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working with numbers, and take pride in getting the details right.
To be successful, you'll bring:
1-2 years' experience in end to end payroll processing
Experience using ADP Payroll (highly regarded)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Experience with payroll reporting, data analysis,



and data management
A solid understanding of payroll legislation and compliance requirements
The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
