Job Description
Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication management, wound care, and monitoring of resident health and wellbeing
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to contribute and upkeeping individualised care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

About the Candidate
Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with APHRA
Minimum 2 year's experience working as an Enrolled Nurse, preferably in an aged care setting
Strong clinical skills, including medication management, wound care, and resident assessment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team
A compassionate, patient-centred approach to care and a genuine commitment to enhancing the wellbeing of older adults
Proficient in using electronic medical records and technology to support nursing practice
