We're partnering with a well-established Sydney-based MSP that is looking for a proactive
Level 2/3 Systems Engineer
to join their technical team. This is an opportunity to work across a diverse client base, supporting and delivering up-to-date infrastructure solutions while expanding your technical expertise in Microsoft technologies and networking.
About the Role
As a Level 2/3 Systems Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues, and assisting with project delivery across a range of client environments. You'll work with the latest Microsoft technologies while collaborating with an experienced team that values knowledge sharing and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments.
Deploy and manage devices using Microsoft Intune.
Configure, maintain and troubleshoot networking infrastructure.
Manage and support on-premises Active Directory environments.
Assist with Microsoft Azure administration and cloud-based solutions.
Support infrastructure upgrades,



migrations and implementation projects.
Document technical processes and maintain high service standards.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
3-6 years' experience in a Systems Engineer or Infrastructure Support role.
Previous experience working within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
Robust experience supporting Microsoft 365.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
Solid networking knowledge, including configuration and troubleshooting.
Exposure to Microsoft Azure.
Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
