The role
You will report
directly to our Group Commercial Manager
. No state layer. No matrix. No waiting a quarter for a decision.
Your focus is volume. Around 80% of your effort goes into defending and aggressively growing our
easy MDF
staircase business with Sydney's medium-density builders and townhouse developers - the segment where our manufacturing capacity, install crews and delivery record win work our competitors simply cannot service. The balance is our
CUSTOM
range: American Oak, Eucalyptus Grandis, Spotted Gum, Blackbutt, steel spines
