Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you must hold Vocational Registration as a General Practitioner in Australia:

Fellowship:
FRACGP or FACRRM is essential.
·
Registration:
Current, unrestricted Specialist Registration with AHPRA.
·
Clinical Excellence:
Proven experience in chronic disease management and preventative health.
