The Mater hospital in North Sydney is seeking a part-time Call Centre Assistant to support food services for patients and guests. You will engage with callers, help with meal selections and enter orders into CBORD while ensuring diet requirements are met.
Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, transparent communication and a keen eye for detail, with familiarity of telephony and computer systems. Visa sponsorship is not available.
