Edmen Community Staffing Solutions is seeking a casual Residential Youth Worker to support children and young people in out-of-home care. You will respond to complex behaviours with compassion and resilience, offering trauma-informed care and structured activities.
Casual shifts provide advance rostering and access to emergency ad hoc hours. You will hold or study Certificate IV in Youth Work or equivalent, have a valid Drivers Licence, WWC Blue Card, First Aid/CPR, and be willing to work wide-ranging
