delivering quality Class 2 residential developments across Sydney. With a strong pipeline of newly secured projects across Southwest Sydney and the Lower North Shore, they are seeking experienced
Site Managers
to join their growing team.
The Opportunity
This is a key leadership role overseeing the day-to-day delivery of Class 2 residential apartment developments valued between
$50M-$100M
. You will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, driving programme outcomes, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all day-to-day site operations and construction activities
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and site personnel
Drive programme, sequencing, and short-term construction planning
Maintain strong safety, quality, and compliance standards across site
Conduct toolbox talks, site inspections, and daily coordination meetings
Monitor project progress and maintain accurate site documentation
Manage defects, quality assurance,



and workmanship outcomes
Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery
About You
Strong background managing projects valued between $30M to $80M
Confident leading subcontractors, site teams, and programme delivery
Excellent understanding of WHS, QA, NCC, and construction compliance requirements
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Stable employment history with reputable builders or developer-builders
What's on Offer
