Community Housing Limited (CHL) is seeking a Housing Officer to deliver high-quality tenancy and property management services from our Albert Park/Queens Road Melbourne office. This full time 10-month fixed-term role supports sustainable tenancies, fair property allocation, and compliance with legislation.
You will manage rent collection, sign ups, condition reports, and liaise with asset teams. A driver's licence and at least two years in housing/tenancy are required.
