We are seeking a passionate individual to support front-of-house operations and deliver exceptional service to both external and internal clients. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage their workload, especially during peak periods, and act as a conduit between clients and the Sales and Property Management team.
While previous real estate experience is not mandatory, a history of reception work with impeccable phone etiquette is essential. The successful candidate will possess a warm, welcoming personality, committed to consistently enhancing the customer experience.

This role offers the opportunity to do more than just Reception. You will be responsible for not only the day-to-day running of the office, but will also provide pivotal support to our Sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for visitors and phone calls,



delivering excellence in client service at all times and redirecting enquiries to the appropriate person
Respond to queries and complaints in person, by phone and email in a timely, professional manner, escalating to management where required
Manage a diverse workload
List properties via different channels and create marketing assets for print and online media
Process agency agreements, property files, exchanges, marketing campaigns and settlements
Ensure all meetings and meeting rooms are prepared for clients
Coordinate, stock and maintain general office operations including:
Kitchen and office supplies
Equipment maintenance
Building management
Reporting, filing and record keeping
Maintain, monitor and update office compliance
Assist sales and administration staff with general services and help desk enquiries
Be responsible for the presentation and maintenance of the office
Skills & Experience
Real estate or receptionist experience preferred but not required
Computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office and CRM databases efficiently.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Well presented, excited and enthusiastic
Reliable, punctual, honest and trustworthy
