Geelong Gallery is seeking an experienced Assistant Director, Operations to lead governance, organisational performance and financial sustainability across all business functions. The role reports to the Director & CEO and oversees Finance, Commercial Operations, Facilities, Human Resources, IT and Visitor Experience, acting as the Gallery's chief operating lead.
This full time position focuses on strengthening governance, financial sustainability and readiness for major capital expansion.
