The Role
Day to day management of 160 residential properties
Tenant and landlord liaison
Coordinating repairs and maintenance
Minimising arrears and maximising returns for owners
Rent reviews and increases
All inspections (ingoing, routines and outgoings)
The Ideal Candidate
2+ years' experience in a Property Management environment




A Certificate of Registration / Class 2 License is a must - as is a car & driver's licence
Immaculate presentation with strong communication skills
Living locally in the Inner West / City Fringe is a major advantage
Knowledge of PropertyTree will be highly regarded

Only a 4.5 day week - work Monday - Thursday, plus only 10am - 2pm Saturday max!
You will generally only do 2 - 4 opens on a Saturday so likely much less!
