What you'll be doing ..
Managing sections across a busy kitchen including larder ,grill, pizza and desserts .
Working closely with Sous/Head chef to deliver a consistent high standard of food
Bringing fresh ideas to the table in terms of menu design .

Proven experience in a similar role .
Strong technical skills with an eye for detail .
Creativity and passion for using fresh , high quality produce .




Ability to work under pressure in a high paced environment .
Excellent time management and organisational skills .
