Mercy Health in Geelong seeks a dedicated Physiotherapist to provide person-centred care in Home Care. You will perform assessments, design personalised programmes to maximise independence, and contribute to care planning within a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements include a recognised physiotherapy qualification, AHPRA registration, and experience in Homecare/Residential Aged Care, with solid communication and teamwork skills. Influenza vaccination and police check may be required.
