About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
IT Risk Manager
to join our Information Security, Risk & Compliance Office (ISERCO).
Reporting within the Payment Services Business Unit, you will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of our Information Security Program, ensuring our services remain secure, compliant, and resilient while supporting critical payment infrastructures.
You will collaborate with engineering, operations, project teams, and executive stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate IT and cybersecurity risks while driving security excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Information Security & Risk Management
Develop, maintain and improve the Information Security Management System (ISMS)
Define and maintain information security policies and standards
Identify, assess and manage IT and cybersecurity risks
Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal and contractual security requirements
Evaluate inherent and residual risks with business owners
Recommend appropriate risk treatment strategies
Monitor remediation plans and corrective actions
Coordinate internal and external security audits
Manage security incidents and follow-up actions
Deliver regular security and risk reports to senior management
Promote a strong security culture across the organization
Security by Design
Integrate cybersecurity requirements into IT projects
Perform security reviews throughout project lifecycles
Identify vulnerabilities and emerging threats
Monitor mitigation plans and security KPIs
Evaluate technology solutions against security requirements
Security Assurance
Coordinate security certification programs
Prepare and support certification audits
Monitor action plans resulting from audit findings
Client Security Governance
Support security governance meetings with clients
Prepare security reporting and vulnerability assessments
Monitor cyber threats and evolving security risks
Conduct IT risk assessments and security reviews
Perform operational security audits
Maintain cybersecurity monitoring activities
Prepare executive-level dashboards and risk reports
What We're Looking For
Experience:
Minimum 8 years of experience in Information Security, IT Risk Management or Cybersecurity
Strong knowledge of security governance and risk management
Hands-on experience implementing security frameworks and compliance programs
Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
Robust knowledge of:
NIST Cybersecurity Framework
Experience within the banking, financial services or payment industry will be highly regarded.
