About the Role
Flexible roster – Casual
In this role you will be Reporting to the Store Manager, your responsibilities include:
Creating a memorable and seamless experience with every customer interaction
Delivering exceptional in-store experiences and create lasting customer relationships
Adopting a customer-first approach with every interaction
Supporting the team to meet sales targets and KPIs
Assisting with day-to-day store operations and visual merchandising
Attending team meetings, training sessions, and company events
Maintaining accurate administrative and POS processes including stock handling and transfers




Upholding high standards in store presentation and VM
Contribute to a positive, supportive and high-performing team culture
About You
To be successful in the role, you will have:
1-2 years experienced in Fashion retail in a high-service environment
A strong sense of style and a passion for fashion and customer service
Able toconnect with womenof all ages and demographics
An enthusiastic, team-oriented approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting
Proven sales performance and experience meeting KPIs (preferred)
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
A positive, confident and playful attitude when styling clients
A keen eye for detail and visual merchandising standards
