Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join their People & Culture team during an exciting period of growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruiter with a strong background within a
media, creative, advertising or agency environment
who is looking to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced and collaborative organisation.
The Opportunity
Working closely with hiring managers across the business, you will manage the full recruitment life cycle across both corporate and high-volume roles. You will play a key role in attracting and securing top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective hiring strategies
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks and offers
Write compelling job advertisements and position descriptions
Build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs
Manage candidate communication and provide an outstanding candidate experience




Prepare employment documentation and support onboarding activities
Maintain accurate recruitment reporting and tracking
Support wider People & Culture initiatives and recruitment projects as required
About You
You Will Have
Previous recruitment experience within a media agency, creative agency, advertising agency or similar environment (essential)
2-3 years' experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
Experience partnering with hiring managers and managing multiple roles simultaneously
Exposure to high-volume recruitment campaigns
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously
A proactive and adaptable approach with a genuine passion for recruitment
