We're on the lookout for a passionate individual to join our dynamic & tight-knit Operations team at our national head office in Frenchs Forest.
In this role you will assist with a range of Operational tasks from customer inquiries to order processing and general office duties.
You will have an eagle eye for detail, a willingness to learn, a robust work ethic & reliability. Teamwork is key, so your ability to collaborate effectively will be crucial.
The position is highly suited to someone at the early stage of their business career who resides on the Northern Beaches.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Admin tasks to support Operations and Customer Service Team
Handle incoming calls and emails, providing prompt responses to customer inquiries.
Processing Purchase orders.




Keep records up-to-date in our CRM system and ensure that all details are captured accurately.
Maintaining office Supplies and general office duties
Liaising with Customers on job completion
Working alongside our Operations and project team where necessary
