Sydney City Volkswagen is seeking an Junior Volkswagen Service Advisor to join our established team. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing the day-to-day operations of our Volkswagen service department.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming customers, and understanding their vehicle service requirements
Booking in customer vehicles for service and repairs, and ensuring timely completion
Communicating with customers throughout the service process, providing updates and recommendations
Resolving customer queries and concerns in a skilled and timely manner
Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to vehicle service and repairs
Supporting the sales team by identifying potential upsell opportunities
What we're looking for
Knowledge of Volkswagen vehicles and an understanding of service and repair procedures
Exceptional customer service skills,



with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
Strong problem-solving and time management skills to efficiently manage the service department
A passion for the Volkswagen brand and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
Experience with Titan, Xtime and Triage will be highly regarded
