Client Servies Manager - Property Management but with NO portfolio
We have a fantastic opportunity to join a growing agency on the Sunshine Coast, working alongside a very successful team of PMS & BDMS.
This role would also suit a Property Manager looking to take a step away from managing a portfolio directly but still wants to be involved in the Rental Department or an experienced Assistant Property Manager who has a great attention to detail & wants to further progress in their career.
The Role
No leasing - this is NOT a leasing role
Entry Condition Reports
File pick up / key collection
Ensuring properties are ready for tenancies
Arrange maintenance as and when required for new tenancies
Updating and maintaining CRM database
Attend photoshoots of property prior to listing a property
Work closely with the BDM & PM team




NO admin - VA team takes care of all of the administration
Key handover to the PM team once property is tenancy ready

Required
Real Estate Certificate essential
Experience in the Real Estate industry
Exceptional personal presentation
High level of organisation and time management
Passion for the industry and drive to progress
